What Our Clients Say
“I found PsyFlex training incredibly valuable. I learned practical approaches that will help me pause, reflect, and step back before taking action. This has already changed the way I handle challenges.”
Stephen, Senior Manager, VIC
“PsyFlex psychosocial risk management training was so valuable! It provided great insight into psychosocial risks and their impact on organizational culture. The training was very engaging, practical, and makes so much sense. I immediately applied some tools and learning in my role.”
Pippa, Senior Manager WHS, NSW
“My supervision sessions with Tash have massively enhanced my understanding and confidence in the use of ACT and therefore very much enriched my coaching practice as a whole. I now have moved on to another place of work, but am still using my ACT skills – in a with my clients, when delivering training for other professionals, when supervising others and for myself.”

PsyFlex isn’t just a business—it is my passion, shaped by a lifetime of navigating change and overcoming challenges.
After becoming a physician in the former Yugoslavia, I lived through the devastation of civil war, left my family and began again in a new country. I had to rebuild both my career and my life, while holding firmly to my commitment to help others.
For more than 30 years, I worked in occupational and organisational health, supporting people and workplaces across emergency services, healthcare, government and the private sector. Eventually, I decided to bring this experience together and establish my own company.
I understand working life from both sides—as an employee and an employer. More importantly, I understand what it means to be a woman building a career while raising children, caring for ageing parents, navigating divorce and managing the many challenges life brings.
When perimenopause arrived, it added an unexpected new layer of physical, emotional and psychological challenges. Drawing on my medical background and expertise in occupational health, behavioural science and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I developed practical ways to help myself navigate this transition. I then used this knowledge, together with the latest research, to create programs that could help other women approach this stage of life with greater understanding, confidence and psychological flexibility.
My passion is to bring menopause awareness and education to every woman—ideally before she reaches perimenopause—so she knows what to expect, recognises the changes she may experience and has practical skills to navigate them.
I am equally committed to helping employers understand the distinctive challenges women may experience during the menopause transition. With the right education, support and workplace adjustments, midlife women can continue to thrive and contribute their invaluable knowledge, skills and experience.
PsyFlex is a labour of love—grounded in science, strengthened by experience and delivered with compassion.
