PsyFlexTM is led by Dr. Natasha Lazareski, a medical doctor with 30 years of experience in organisational health, psychosocial risk management, and coaching. Natasha has extensive experience in medical and injury management roles across workers’ compensation, personal insurance, and both public and corporate sectors. Natasha and her team can help you deal with a wide range of challenges, from effectively managing the psychosocial risks of your workplace to overcoming personal barriers, and building your coaching skills.
Recently, Natasha has conducted extensive research on menopause and collaborated with leaders in women’s health to create a science-based, accessible women’s health program. This includes our menopause transition program, along with coaching for women, health practitioners, HR professionals, and leaders.
